At Qamra , we are committed to your complete satisfaction with your purchases. If your experience is not what you expected, we are here to support and assist you.
Returns
To be eligible for a return request, the following conditions must be met:

The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition as received.

It must be inside the original packaging and undamaged.

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of the order receipt date.
Please note : We do not accept returns in the following cases:

Opened or used products.

Products purchased during sales or promotional offers.

Open accessories or personal care products.

Once we receive the returned product and examine its condition, you will be notified of the assessment result: acceptance or rejection of the refund request.

If approved, the amount will be refunded to the same payment method used within 5 to 7 business days .

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We only offer a replacement service in the event of a manufacturing defect or damage to the product upon receipt.

The report must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the request.

A clear photo showing the damage should be sent via email or WhatsApp.
Cancel Orders

The order can only be cancelled within one hour of its completion.

After that, the order processing begins and we do not guarantee the possibility of cancellation.
